Up to Speed with Tarah Gieger

Recently, the WMA checked in with Tarah Gieger to see what she has been doing in off season and the holidays. Tarah had this to say:

WMA: What have you been doing during the off season and the Holidays?
TG: During this off season I have been hanging out in Florida just having fun riding and surfing.  I am going back to Puerto Rico for the holidays and then out to Loudon for a family vacation. After that I will be going snowboarding in Colorado for a week.
 
WMA: How do you feel about next season?
I can't wait for the 08 season to start. I wasn't able to get the WMA championship this past year and it has made me more determined to get it next year. I  learned a lot this year and also found a lot I have to work on. I really just need to stay more focused during this off season and come into the first round more prepared then ever.

WMA: When does the race season officially start for you?
My 2008 race season officially starts in March with the Spring Nationals in Texas.  They are two really good races to see what everyone has been doing during the off season and also to get some good racing in before the start of the WMA series.
   
WMA: Do you have any new sponsors or anything new to your program for next season?
For the 2008 year I have signed back with Yamaha as well as FMF.  They have both shown me unbelievable support through the years and I am excited about what we can do together next year. I am also still with RedBull, Answer Racing and Etnies.
